Contact form
If you write to us, we process your name, email, company and message to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a demo or a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep this data for as long as the conversation lasts and at most twelve months after the last contact, unless it becomes a business relationship.
Providers
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also processes form submissions; email notifications are sent through a transactional email provider. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Power BI visuals
The visuals run inside Power BI. Images load from the URLs in your data directly in the viewer's browser, and Invenia does not receive that data. The exceptions are:
- ImageGallery cloud export (Pro + Cloud Export plan): files are processed with EU data residency and deleted automatically after download.
- Licensing: licence purchase and assignment are handled by Microsoft through AppSource and the Microsoft 365 admin center, under Microsoft's own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@invenia.es. If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
