Gallery and modal viewer
Responsive grid with configurable rows and columns. Click any photo for a full-screen view with zoom, pan and keyboard navigation.
Cross-filtering
Ctrl+click a photo to filter the rest of your report, just like a native visual.
PDF export with a template designer
Compose the page and the photo card visually: up to three text zones, fonts, colours, alignment, overlay backgrounds, logo, header and page numbering.
PowerPoint with your corporate template
Upload your .pptx with placeholders, map them to report fields and get a deck with one slide per photo.
Customisable viewer panel
Design the information panel shown next to each photo, with your own fields, formats and width.
Smart image rescaling
Photos are resampled to their printed size, so hundreds of images fit within Power BI export limits.

What you need
A table with each photo's URL (HTTPS) and whichever fields you want in the viewer, the PDF card or your PowerPoint placeholders.
Exporting files from any custom visual requires your Power BI administrator to enable “Allow downloads from custom visuals” in the tenant settings. It's a two-minute change and can be scoped to a single security group.

Why won't the PDF or PowerPoint download?
Power BI blocks downloads from custom visuals until an administrator enables “Allow downloads from custom visuals” in the tenant settings. It can be scoped to a security group.
Do my photos leave my organisation?
PDFs are generated in your browser. Only the Pro + Cloud Export plan uses cloud services, with EU data residency and automatic deletion of files after download.
How is it different from Lightbox Gallery?
Lightbox Gallery is built for viewing: gallery and viewer. ImageGallery adds photo-report export to PDF and PowerPoint with your own template.
